Deine Aufgaben:

• Ein eigenes Team führen, motivieren und gemeinsam Verkaufsziele erreichen
• Kund:innen für Dyson begeistern und ein erstklassiges Einkaufserlebnis schaffen
• Das Tagesgeschäft auf der Verkaufsfläche organisieren und den Personaleinsatz koordinieren
• Die Einhaltung der Dyson Standards und unserer Premium-Präsentation sicherstellen
• Lokale Verkaufs- und Marketingmaßnahmen unterstützen, um den Store-Erfolg voranzutreiben

Das bringst du mit:

• Erste Erfahrung in der Teamleitung oder Personaleinsatzplanung im Retail
• Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Premium- oder Technikumfeld
• Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren
• Begeisterung für innovative Produkte und moderne Technologien
• Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
