Supply Chain Manager

In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain performance for SPX FLOW, leading Purchasing, Planning, Inventory, and Warehouse functions to enable material availability and cost efficiency. You will partner with site leadership to deliver continuous improvement and scalable operations that support growth. You will shape supplier relationships, forecasting accuracy, and warehouse processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on business results.

• Lead and develop Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams
• Set objectives, KPIs, and accountability measures
• Foster collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement culture
• Develop talent and succession plans
• Manage sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance
• Negotiate commercial agreements and drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance
• Balance service levels with working capital goals
• Lead inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution
• Implement best practices and process improvements
• Lead Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Support ERP and supply chain transformation projects

• 5+ years' leadership experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Planning, or Logistics
• Track record of delivering operational improvements and business results
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience driving Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent English
• Professional working proficiency in German
