Supply Chain Planning System Manager (Anaplan) (all genders)

As Advanced Planning System Specialist (Anaplan), you own tonies’ global planning platform to enable accurate demand, supply, and inventory planning. You will lead Anaplan governance, configuration, and data integrity within a cross-functional team under the Supply Chain Excellence Program Office. You’ll evolve the planning ecosystem to support rapid global growth and deliver scalable, automated solutions. This role offers hands-on system shaping for a multi-channel consumer goods environment and opportunities to pioneer ML/AI enhancements.

• Ownership & governance of the planning platform with long-term roadmaps
• Lead Anaplan configuration, dashboards, and scenario modeling
• Manage master data strategy and data integrity across Demand, Supply, and Finance
• Drive user enablement, training, and documentation; foster global Community of Practice
• Lead UAT for new features and ensure alignment with business needs
• Monitor security, access, and workspace governance
• Stay aligned with vendor updates and drive continuous improvement and automation

• 3–5 years of hands-on Anaplan model building and testing
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning (Demand, S&OP) in a multi-channel consumer goods environment
• High proficiency in data integration (Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar) and SQL
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical ability to translate requirements into scalable models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage deliverables in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (or similar)
• Fluent English; German a plus
