Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as a Supply Officer Cabin (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Acting as the central coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the entire supply chain
• Daily monitoring of supply chain performance to ensure full transparency
• Acting as a primary problem-solver for conflicts regarding goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
• Active coordination and execution of reverse logistics processes
• Management of inventory levels in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers
• Close collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments
• Joint implementation of preventative measures to ensure a reliable supply chain
• Analysis of delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
• Management of short- and long-term operational measures (e.g., logistics improvement, shortage management)

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in Planning / Material Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Service, Project Management and Supply Chain / Logistics
• Good knowledge in SAP/R3
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
• Proficient German language skills
• French or Spanish is an advantage
