Support Associates (Teilzeit) in Berlin-Friedrichshain – 20 or 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities & expectations:

• Live operation support: communicate with Wolt users – customers, couriers, restaurants – ensuring top‑quality support.
• Handle customer queries with a focus on customer obsession and creating memorable experiences.
• Collaborate closely with international teams in the Live Operation and other departments.
• Maintain a positive, creative tone for all communications.
• Work flexible shift schedule – mornings, evenings and weekends – as Wolt serves customers 7 days a week.

Qualifications:

• Customer obsession – a passion for going beyond simple problem solving.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills in a global environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication – creative and sympathetic tone.
• Proactive, responsible attitude with an eye for detail and big‑picture thinking.
• Bilingual: fluent German and English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Quick learning ability, detail orientation, tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital products.
