System Integration and Testing Expert (m/w/d)

In this role you will define the integration and test strategy for features across multi-SoC ECU platforms, guiding deployment into production. You will work with OEMs and internal teams to align requirements, coordinate milestones, and lead root-cause analysis of complex failures. You’ll mentor engineers, manage lab environments, and ensure traceable test documentation. Contribute to cutting-edge automotive products, including semi- and fully autonomous vehicles, by driving robust integration across cross-functional teams.

• Define and drive integration and test strategy across multi-SoC ECU platforms
• Liaise with OEMs to align integration and test requirements
• Lead root-cause analysis and debugging of integration/test failures
• Coordinate with software suppliers to align milestones with deployment timelines
• Identify, track, and resolve integration dependencies and defects with hardware/software teams
• Set up and manage lab environments and infrastructure
• Establish and maintain test strategy, test cases, reports, and traceability
• Provide technical mentorship and review guidance to integration/test engineers
• Contribute to development of autonomous vehicle software products

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• At least 7+ years in system integration and testing with proven technical leadership
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle topology and ECU system architecture
• Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder interactions
• Proven track record leading integration/test efforts on complex multi-SoC systems
• Familiarity with industry standards, test methodologies, and homologation processes
• Willingness to travel within Germany/Europe for workshops
• Proficiency in English
