Overview

In this role, you drive end-to-end product discovery and define AI-powered, interoperable solutions for healthcare providers. You connect HIS with SAP Autonomous Suite and shape partnerships across customers and partners. You’ll align design, development, marketing, legal, and sales to deliver tangible value for patients, clinicians, and administrators. You’ll work across industries and teams to turn real healthcare needs into scalable, data-driven product outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead end-to-end customer and product discovery to uncover real problems and shape viable healthcare solutions
Define integration strategy to connect Hospital Information Systems (HIS) with the SAP Autonomous Suite
Drive interoperability by modeling HL7 FHIR resources and APIs for seamless HIS–SAP integration
Design and prioritize AI use cases for clinical and operational workflows with customers, partners, and engineering teams
Unlock healthcare insights through modeling and analytics across administrative, financial, and clinical domains
Engage with industry standards bodies, SAP user groups, and the healthcare community to maintain interoperability and relevance

Zentrale Anforderungen

Proven product management experience in healthcare IT (EMR, HIS, RCM, and related platforms such as CDR)
Hands-on HL7 FHIR experience and other interoperability standards in real product contexts
Familiarity with healthcare terms, clinical workflows, and regulations like HIPAA and GDPR
Experience applying AI in workflows and delivering high-quality outputs through context design and system integration
Analytical, problem-solving mindset to translate complex data into actionable product decisions
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams (design, engineering, partners, customers)
Background in Medical Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
German language fluency at C1 level
