Overview

In this Principal Engineer role, you shape the future of product data management within Infineon’s global R&D ecosystem. You lead Master Data transformation initiatives from R&D into ERP PDM and drive cross-domain data integrations across tools. You collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to refine PLM methodologies and ensure end-to-end data traceability through the product lifecycle. You will coordinate PLM deployment activities and empower end users with practical training and support. Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and lead R&D Master Data transformation to ERP PDM and deploy cross-domain workflows and data integrations
Collaborate with Infineon stakeholders globally to define and improve product data management methodologies within the PLM environment
Develop strategies to ensure traceability of product data across the product lifecycle, in partnership with business representatives
Coordinate PLM deployment activities related to PDM topics and provide training and ongoing support to end users and subject matter experts

Zentrale Anforderungen

Engineering degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field (experience as alternative)
Experience in enterprise digitalization, business process optimization, and data integration across functions with proven requirements gathering, solution definition, enterprise architecture, and deployment
Experience with complex system landscapes and interfaces between business applications and IT systems
Strong knowledge of PLM/PDM, MDM, ERP integration, and data governance concepts
Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills; Project Management certification preferred
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a structured, analytical, and strategic manner
Fluency in English
