Systems Administrator, Internal IT (Fully Remote)

• Provide internal IT support for end-user computing, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, identity, and endpoint management.
• Participate in automation projects using PowerShell and AI tools.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of IT support experience with strong Microsoft 365 foundation.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting.
