MOSA Architect & Systems Integration Lead - Clearance Required (Fully Remote)

• This role is not about compliance; it is about engineering lethality and flexibility in the next generation of Army systems.
• You will leverage MBSE and digital thread integration to define logical boundaries and interfaces.
• Help ensure system architectures are interoperable, interchangeable, and ready for multi-domain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on strategy, policy, and technical dimensions of MOSA implementation across the Army.
• Support development of implementation guidance, governance frameworks, and modular contracting approaches.
• Translate complex Army requirements into modular solutions using SysML.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Systems, Electrical, or Computer Engineering with 10+ years in Systems Engineering or Data Architecture.
• Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 15288 and DoD 5000 series acquisition policies.
• Experience with MBSE tools and ability to influence senior leaders.

Location:

• Hybrid or Remote. Hybrid if less than 40 miles from Aberdeen Proving Ground or Crystal City.
• Active Secret clearance required.
