You have successfully completed a technical degree in science or engineering (or equivalent) with focus on e.g. communications technology, computer science, systems engineering or a comparable domain. Your degree in aerospace engineering is considered a plus.
You have qualified professional experience in managing complex projects in the system solution business and extensive knowledge of customer requirements for complex systems.
Your accumulated system engineering experience as well as your strong communication skills help you to manage diverse stakeholders and communicate in line with your peers.
You stand out for your ability to make decisions confidently in critical situations, to communicate and to act in a problem-solving manner.
You have demonstrated experience in RF (space) systems integration, debugging and performance analysis. Having affinity with the new space industry and/or scientific ESA type space programs is a plus.
You have at least 4 years’ professional experience in RF sub-systems integration/engineering or a closely related field.
You have a proven track record in requirements engineering and management, including requirements flow-down and traceability (experience with tools such as Jama is a plus).
You have solid understanding of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and related modeling practices (experience with SysML/Cameo is advantageous).
You have demonstrated autonomy in leading RF systems and SW integration.
Your excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills enables you to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
