Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Barcelona, you will drive end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles supporting digital transformation in life sciences. You will collaborate with delivery and business development to forecast talent needs, match consultants to project roles, and maintain a strong talent pipeline. You’ll contribute to RFIs/RFPs and coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and onboarding communications. This role sits at the intersection of people, projects, and growth, helping Fusion deliver impactful transformations. • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles tied to digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with delivery and business development to understand project pipelines and talent needs
• Match consultants (internal or external) to project roles based on skills, experience, and availability
• Contribute to RFIs and RFPs by detailing available resources
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments with project leads
• Maintain and update the ATS and resource pool records
• Support offer preparation, contract coordination, and onboarding communications
• Track recruitment metrics and report updates to stakeholders
• Represent Fusion at networking events and recruitment initiatives to engage talent

• 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting or project-based environments
• Experience sourcing technical consultants for IT, data, or digital roles
• Familiarity with staffing processes for professional services or delivery-based organizations
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across global teams
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other European languages are a plus
• Understanding of the contracting and employment market in Spain/EU
