Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

J&T Express is a fast-growing global logistics company with a strong focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery. With operations across Asia and rapid expansion in Europe, we are currently building our German organization and hiring key team members to support our growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and corporate roles in Germany
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Conduct structured first interviews and ensure an efficient, professional candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers (local and international) to define hiring needs and profiles
• Coordinate and guide interview processes, ensuring alignment and speed
• Support contract preparation and offer management
• Act as a key interface between German and Chinese stakeholders (translation, alignment, communication)
• Ensure compliance with German labor regulations (e.g. AGG)
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring quality

Your Profile

• Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (in-house or agency)
• Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and German (required)
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or a fast-paced international environment is a plus
• Structured, hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to work in a dynamic, scaling organization
