Talent Acquisition Specialist – Part-time

Responsibility for the entire commercial and operational recruiting process, including apprenticeship/trainee positions – from briefing and market analysis, active search and job postings to conducting interviews and onboarding candidates
Close collaboration with hiring managers and regional HR business partners to effectively implement hiring requirements
Use of various diagnostic methods in the selection and interview process to identify candidates who are a good fit both professionally and personally
Ongoing conceptual support for hiring managers and HR business partners
Openness to digital and innovative trends and active participation in HR marketing activities
Active involvement in cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with an HR focus
Solid recruiting experience, ideally in the logistics environment, both in-house and in recruitment consultancy
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demanding targets and stakeholders
Confident user of applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday, and Microsoft 365
Understanding of HR interfaces
Willingness to continuously adapt working methods and processes to optimize performance, combined with a strong service orientation and presence when required
Fluent German and good written and spoken English
