Redstone Commodity Search are working with a European, international energy products trading company who are looking for an experienced, tanker operations co-ordinator to join their team in Hamburg. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Manage and coordinate European shipping of liquid energy products Maintenance and monitoring of all relevant contracts and documentation ensuring both regulatory and internal control compliance and actioning any discrepancies Collaborate actively with trading operators and other stakeholders to support successful trading activities Monitor vessel locations and ensuring all relevant import/export documentation is present Role reports to the Head of Operations Key Qualifications / Experience 2+ years working in maritime/tanker logistics and documentation Strong experience working in laytime and demurrage analysis and claims Experience with compliance processes, trade finance, and letters of credit Experience maintaining records and audit documentation in a fast paced environment Role is to be located in Hamburg
