Location: Hybrid Working within Country, Berlin.

Full‑time permanent position in the O2C Operations team.

You will broaden processes, lead a team, and partner with stakeholders to ensure efficient order‑to‑cash operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team members to ensure successful delivery of operations.
  • Proactively identify and prevent service delivery issues.
  • Monitor process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure staffing and effective division of tasks according to knowledge levels and vacation calendar.
  • Lead and develop team members across disciplines.
  • Manage escalations.
  • Oversee projects, audit and closing activities.

Tasks

  • Orchestrate daily operations and priorities and plan substitutions for vacations.
  • Support the Team Lead with project management and automation initiatives.
  • Conduct regular feedback meetings with team members.
  • Support Team Lead in ESD processes.
  • Oversee onboarding, audit, and closing activities.
  • Monitor and review delivered quality in operations.
  • Assist with staffing activities, e.g., conducting interviews.
  • Host BU meetings and be the first point of escalation.
  • Liaise and manage internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in finance and/or accounting (e.g., accounts receivable).
  • BA Degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields; MA preferred.
  • Experience or study in people management (leadership).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German or other languages is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage others.
  • Motivated individual with a proactive mindset.
  • Prior experience in the Agribusiness sector is a plus.
