Your profile

• Several years of experience in e-commerce with a clear focus on Amazon Seller Central
• Very good understanding of the relevant Amazon mechanics such as ranking, advertising, Buy Box, account health, FBA and content optimisation
• First leadership experience or proven experience in the functional management of teams, projects or cross-departmental Amazon processes
• Ability to lead specialists, set priorities and critically assess operational results
• Structured, data-driven and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to translate strategic targets into concrete operational measures and clear team priorities
• Very good German and good English skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience with international Amazon marketplaces
• Knowledge of common Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout or comparable solutions
• Experience with Amazon Business, B2B potential or international Amazon processesExperience working with specialised teams in areas such as content, advertising, account health, FBA or listing management

Your mission

• Functional leadership, prioritisation and management of the Amazon team in day-to-day business
• Translating the Amazon strategy into clear operational priorities and measures in close coordination with the Head of Sales
• Overall management and quality assurance of relevant Amazon activities such as listings, SEO, content, A+ content, FBA and Pan-EU in cooperation with the respective experts
• Management and performance evaluation of Amazon advertising activities including budget, ACOS and ROAS in cooperation with the responsible specialists
• Analysis and reporting of key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, ACOS and account performance, including deriving concrete measures for the team
• Ensuring efficient and transparent processes around Seller Central, including coordination between the responsible departments
• Ensuring clear responsibilities, priorities and communication channels within the Amazon team
• Identifying optimisation potential and developing and prioritising improvement measures
• Coordination with internal interfaces such as marketing, logistics, product management, content, purchasing, IT and compliance

As Team Lead Amazon you are responsible for the operational management of our Amazon business and lead a team of specialists in day-to-day operations. You work closely with the Head of Sales and translate strategic targets into clear priorities and concrete measures for your team. You contribute your own ideas, keep an overview of all relevant Amazon processes and ensure the continuous optimisation of our performance on Amazon.
