You Will
- lead and developpeople:You are a team leader of a sales-oriented team and do your best todevelop your team professionally and personally through feedback sessions andcoaching.
- makeonboarding:You develop training plans and ensure a smooth onboardingprocess.
- provide ananalysis and feedback:You regularly conduct evaluations and identifystrengths and weaknesses in order to create targeted development plans for yourteam.
- provide customerservice:You are very hands-on, partly involved in operational work andconduct consulting calls (inbound & outbound) – all without cold calling.
- recruit:Youregularly conduct job interviews to expand your team.
- realize ideas:You optimize processes and continuously work on further developments.
Requirements
- Sales: You bring several years ofexperience in sales, ideally in the financial services sector, telephone salesor as a bank clerk.
- Leadership: You have demonstrableinitial leadership experience (technical & disciplinary)
- Being able to inspire and motivatepeople: You possess a high capacity for enthusiasm, are ambitious, have strongsocial skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial thinking &hands-on mentality: You have a strong entrepreneurial and innovative mindset aswell as the willingness to participate in day-to-day sales operations.
- Analytical thinking andproblem-solving skills: You possess a quick grasp of concepts and a strongunderstanding of processes. Excellent problem-solving abilities round out yourprofile.
- Fluencyin German and English.
