Zur Stärkung ihrer Steuerungsfähigkeit und Prozessreife baut die IT ein zentrales Team „Service Performance & Technical Provider Management“ auf. Dieses verantwortet den IT-Servicekatalog und die Configuration Management Database, sichert die Qualität aller IT-Services und koordiniert die Leistungserbringung durch IT-Dienstleister und Outsourcing-Partner – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team „Contracts & Commercial Provider Management“. Ziel ist ein ganzheitliches Lieferantenmanagement, das Verträge technisch und kommerziell orchestriert und auf den Geschäftswert ausrichtet.

HEIDELBERG sucht dafür am Standort Wiesloch zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Leitung, die dieses strategisch wichtige Team aufbaut, führt und weiterentwickelt sowie eng mit den IT-Entwicklungs- und Betriebsteams zusammenarbeitet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und fachliche Führung, Motivation und Orchestrierung des Teams (derzeit 2, zukünftig bis zu 8 Mitarbeiter, Zielgröße noch in Ausgestaltung)
• Mitwirkung bei Definition und Weiterentwicklung des Zusammenarbeits- und Verantwortungsmodells zwischen „Service Performance & Technical Provider Management“ und den IT-Service & Betriebsverantwortlichen
• Definition und Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsschnitts zwischen interner und externer Service-Erbringung
• Übergreifende Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung der Leistungen aller IT-Dienstleister und Vertragspartner, insbesondere:
• Management der Schnittstellen zwischen interner und externer Leistungserbringung
• Bewertung technischer Konzepte und Lösungsansätze der Provider, Eskalationsmanagement bei Abweichungen
• Definition und Abstimmung von Service Level Agreements sowie Sicherstellung von Konsistenz und Vergleichbarkeit über alle Verträge hinweg
• Messung, Bewertung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Performance durch geeignete KPIs und technisches Accounting
• Sicherung der Einhaltung aller vertraglichen Verpflichtungen gegenüber IT-Lieferanten
• Aufbau und Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Servicekatalogs inkl. SLAs und Leistungskennzahlen in Abstimmung mit allen IT-Service Verantwortlichen
• Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der CMDB sowie Verantwortung für das IT Asset Management
• Aufbau und Steuerung eines unternehmensweiten Release- und Deployment-Managements inkl. Governance-Strukturen wie dem Change Advisory Board
• Planung und Freigabe von Wartungsfenstern unter Minimierung von Emergency Changes sowie Koordination des Transport-Managements
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams, insbesondere „Contracts & Commercial Provider Management“ sowie technischen Expertenteams
• Aktive Mitwirkung in strategischen IT-Projekten

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Service- oder Provider-Management, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Industrieunternehmen
• Erfahrung und Expertise in der Führung von Teams sowie in der Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Managed Services
• Kenntnisse im Change-, Release- und Deployment-Management von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Umsetzungsstärke
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
