Our subsidiaries, Stern Energy SpA – a specialist in technical services for photovoltaic systems – and Encavis Portfolio Management GmbH – specialising in supporting institutional investors – complement our portfolio.

  • Production budgets & forecast ownership (portfolio level): own and govern annual production budgets and performance forecasts at portfolio level, ensure consistent variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and initiate corrective actions through operational entities.
  • Portfolio optimisation incl. revamping & repowering: evaluate, prioritise and accompany value‑creating optimisation projects such as revamping, repowering and complex technical upgrades – covering technical assessment, business case support and execution oversight.
  • Technical due diligence: asset owner lead for technical due diligences related to acquisitions, repowering strategies and portfolio optimisation measures when required.
  • Interface & sparring partner: close collaboration with Investment, Asset Management, Engineering and Legal; act as technical sparring partner for management and shareholders.
  • Compliance & HSE oversight: ensure portfolio‑wide compliance with technical, regulatory and HSE requirements through appropriate governance and control mechanisms.
