As Team Leader Media Technology Installation, you will take over the technical management of our installation team and ensure that our projects are implemented with the highest quality. You spend a large part of your time on construction sites and at the customer's site. At the same time, you will develop step by step into a manager in the operational area.

Your tasks as Team Leader Media Technology Installation

• Take responsibility on the construction site: You will install modern media technology solutions and, together with your team, ensure professional implementation – from Microsoft Teams Rooms to LED walls.
• Set quality standards: You will ensure that our installations are implemented to the same high quality standards everywhere and ensure compliance with our quality and safety specifications.
• Lead your team professionally: You will be the technical contact person for our media technicians, provide orientation, impart your knowledge and support your colleagues in their technical development.
• Coordinate projects on site: You coordinate the AV installation on site and ensure that internal and external technicians work together optimally.
• Make decisions when it matters: In challenging project situations, you keep track of things, make decisions and lead the team safely to its goal.
• Shape the future of our team: You will further develop installation standards, accompany new colleagues during onboarding and support the professional development of our technical team.

Your profile – what sets you apart

• Several years of experience in media technology (audio, video, conference technology, network integration)
• Ideally, initial experience in coordinating technical teams or construction sites – or the motivation to take this next step
• Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of establishing high standards together with the team
• Technical understanding of modern AV systems and the ability to pass on knowledge in an understandable way
• Very good manual skills and a strong understanding of professional installation work
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as team player mentality
• Class B driving licence and willingness to work on projects throughout Germany with overnight stays from Monday to Friday
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
