TEAM MANAGER MOBILE SERVICES (M/F/D)

The End User Computing (EUC) department is dedicated to providing employees with the best possible IT experience. Whether it is laptops, desktops, mobile devices, or virtual workplaces, the team ensures that employees across the organization have the technology and services they need to work securely, efficiently, and productively.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the global Mobile Services team within End User Services.
• Define and execute the Mobile Services strategy aligned with Fresenius business objectives and workplace strategy.
• Drive service innovation, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the mobile ecosystem.
• Manage team performance, employee development, succession planning, and talent growth.
• Own the global Mobile Services portfolio including smartphones, tablets, mobile applications, MDM/MAM solutions, AR/VR, and mobility-related initiatives.
• Monitor service performance, KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management activities related to mobile services.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, IT security, and data protection policies.
• Communicate service roadmaps, risks, and opportunities to management.
• Ensure successful execution of strategic programs and large-scale deployments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Workplace Services, Mobility Services.
• Proven experience leading international and virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of mobile technologies, device lifecycle management, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience managing global suppliers and outsourced service providers.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Experience working within highly regulated international environments.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Ability to influence and lead in a global matrix organization.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Business fluent German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
