Teamlead (m/f/d) blade repair – European area

Responsibilities

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via rope access
• Inspecting the blade surfaces and checking them from the inside
• Division of work tasks and management of activities
• Close exchange with colleagues in the back office
• Documentation of your work
• Leading a team of max. 3 colleagues

Qualifications

• IRATA/FISAT Level 3 or experienced Level 2
• Leading position in the past or general experiences in windenenergy
• Preferable valid OEM certifications such as Vestas ESO, ESQ LOTO2 or BTO
• Driving license, class B or higher
• Willingness to travel
