Teamlead Procurement O&M Global (m/f/d)

In this role, you shape the global O&M procurement strategy and drive standardized, future-oriented purchasing processes. You lead a cross-country team to optimize spare parts, delivery capability, and supplier performance while aligning with the company’s mission to enable cost-effective, climate-friendly solar plant operations. You will negotiate with key suppliers and escalate quality and warranty issues to ensure reliable O&M services. This position offers ownership of strategic initiatives and a path to develop the procurement function worldwide.

• Strategically align global O&M procurement
• Develop and implement spare parts and procurement strategies for O&M projects
• Centralize and standardize global O&M purchasing processes
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers on delivery capability and spare parts availability
• Escalate quality and warranty issues globally
• Coordinate with the Director SCP on procurement issues
• Manage the O&M procurement teams

• Completed degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields
• Several years of professional experience and in-depth expertise in procurement and O&M
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Nice to have: experience in the solar industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Communicative team player with leadership skills
