Overview

In this role you lead the HR Controlling function for ~2,800 employees across 43 European entities, shaping cost planning and reporting. You drive M&A related HR controlling, ESG reporting, and global workforce cost guidelines, while building modern BI dashboards. You’ll collaborate with executives, payroll stakeholders, and auditors to ensure accurate, timely insights. Your work supports sustainable, data-driven decisions within a dynamic, international environment. This is a chance to influence how HR data informs strategy and operations at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Functional and disciplinary leadership of the HR Controlling team
Group-wide HR controlling for ~2,800 employees across 43 European entities
Plan and manage personnel cost budget (~EUR 240 million)
HR controlling and reporting for M&A transactions and post-merger integration
Prepare HR-related monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead international initiatives to optimize reporting processes and build BI dashboards
Establish global guidelines for workforce cost and capacity planning and reporting
Further develop group-wide PEX concepts and ensure implementation
Group-wide HR reporting including ESG reporting
Serve as advisor and central interface for executives, group controlling, works council, auditors, payroll and external providers
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders

Zentrale Anforderungen

Deep understanding of HR controlling, reporting, and HR processes
Initial experience in functional and disciplinary leadership of a team
Strong analytical skills in profitability, evaluations, and variance analyses
Experience leading international initiatives and projects for planning/reporting improvements
Strong communicator and trusted advisor to executive management and stakeholders
Very strong technical expertise, especially advanced Excel (expert level), BI dashboards, and HR KPI management
Fluent English and German
Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, including BW
