Tech Lead, Applied Research - Emerging Tech (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Architect & Deliver: Design, develop, and own end-to-end implementation of high-stakes prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Spearhead AI R&D: Drive technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, ML, and frontier technologies.
• Champion Engineering Excellence: Establish governance for code reviews and mentor peers to improve code quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Competitive salary ranging from $227,840 to $335,000 based on location.
