Technial Sales Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you drive strategic customer engagement for EV and energy storage solutions, translating technical needs into design targets and steering projects from alignment to delivery. You’ll coordinate cross-functional resources, manage quotations, and navigate pricing dynamics to secure orders. You work closely with customers to shape requirements and ensure post-sales support, contributing to scalable growth in a global, inclusive environment. Your work impacts product adoption and long-term partnerships with key clients across regions.

• Identify key customer projects and gather technical requirements to set design targets and meet annual sales goals
• Develop and nurture customer relationships, coordinate internal resources, and drive project ordering
• Support technical negotiations and manage full project life cycle from alignment to delivery
• Lead quotations at all stages, considering competitor pricing and raw material trends
• Organize meetings for issue resolution, process sorting, and post-sales technical coordination and analysis to ensure project delivery

• Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, electrochemical, or related fields
• Able to travel frequently; resilient, driven, and able to negotiate effectively
• Proven ability to manage internal and external relations and handle project management
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Over one year of relevant experience at Gotion with exposure to electric core development (as stated)
