Technical Advisor, Institutional Strengthening & Delivery (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical assistance and coaching to NPHI teams in Ethiopia, Nigeria, Zambia, and DRC on institutional strengthening, including backbone systems, governance, and financing.
• Develop replicable methodology by translating country experience into structured tools, case studies, and guidelines for cross‑country scaling.
• Manage workstreams, facilitate peer learning, and ensure timely reporting to donors and leadership, with up to 25% international travel.
