Technical and Commercial Contract Manager - (human)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and adapt contract documents based on legal‑approved templates.
• Customize agreements to reflect customer‑specific requirements, including technical descriptions of products, applications, and deliverables.
• Define and align key contractual elements such as scope of work, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Incorporate commercial terms including pricing, discounts, payment terms, warranty conditions, penalties, and delivery agreements.
• Collaborate closely with legal, sales, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and flag contractual risks or deviations from standard terms.
• Support negotiations by preparing contract revisions and clarifications.
• Maintain organized documentation and version control of all contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, law, robotics, or a related field.
• Experience in contract management, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms.
• Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into contractual language.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
