Job Title: Contract & Commercial Manager

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in/organize Project Bidding, reply to Tender Documents and Requirements, prepare Statements of Compliance, guide bidding/front‑line team on Risks and Process.
• Participate in the review, drafting, modifying and negotiation of Sales (and related) Contracts with Customers and Partners to minimize risks and ensure contract quality.
• Perform commercial and legal, and comprehensive reviews, identify and report risks for management decision making.
• Handle Commercial Application (SPQ), proposal (ATB), contract (ATC/ATAC), and others, ensure process compliance and operation quality.
• Support regular/operational EU Region CCFM tasks and work.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of contract commerce and business drivers.
• Understanding of PV/Data Center business.
• Analytical, legal, commercial and/or financial background preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills (e.g., bid or project management).
• Able to align with different functional domains, management and sub‑ordinate levels, and across cultures.
• Pro‑active and hands‑on mentality, self‑starter.
• Team player.
• Able to (help to) find solutions to business issues.
