Contract Manager – Renewable Energy

Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review and negotiate customer, supplier and service contracts in German and English
• Provide contractual/legal support for our national and international Agri‑PV and utility‑scale projects – from project initiation through implementation
• Ensure legally sound and consistent contract drafting in line with internal policies and our risk strategy
• Support the handling of claims and contractual issues in close cooperation with our Head of Legal
• Manage and maintain our digital Contract Management System, including deadline, scheduling and milestone management
• Coordinate and align NDAs, supplier, service and other corporate contracts with internal departments
• Contribute to the development of contract templates, standards and processes and support compliance and corporate initiatives
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks and required actions

Requirements

• Degree in Law or Business Law (LL.B. / LL.M.)
• Several years of practical experience in contract management, corporate law or a comparable legally oriented corporate role
• Solid experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally in a project‑based environment
• Ability to assess contract provisions from both legal and commercial perspectives and to implement structured, pragmatic solutions
• Very good German skills (negotiation‑level, especially for contractual matters) and fluent English for collaboration in international project teams
• Structured, precise and solutions‑oriented working style with high quality standards as well as strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage several topics in parallel, set priorities and reliably deliver results under time pressure
• High degree of personal responsibility, self‑organization and reliability within clearly defined areas of responsibility.
