Responsibilities

Advise customers on economic and technical aspects of building new business models based on renewable energy, such as tenant solar (Mieterstrom), shared building energy supply and PPAs.
Coordinate the onboarding of new clients onto the Solarize platform, from kick-off to go-live.
Manage the integration of Solarize into customers' existing systems (ERP, CRM, customer portals).
Enable our customers to participate in energy market processes, in coordination with grid operators, suppliers and metering point operators.
Keep the various project stakeholders aligned and ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions around renewable energy.

Requirements

You are confident in customer-facing situations and maintain oversight when coordinating multiple stakeholders.
You are familiar with energy market processes or have the drive to learn them quickly.
You have a genuine affinity for renewable energy and sustainability topics.
You are proficient with tools like Miro, Asana, Google Workspace and Atlassian (or similar).
AI‑fluent: you use AI not just for chatting but build automations and agents with tools like n8n, Gemini and Claude.
International work experience is a strong plus.
You speak German fluently (minimum C1).
