Technical Business Analyst II (Fully Remote)

• Work with internal teams, education organisation partners, and external providers to understand operational needs.
• Map workflows, systems, handovers, data flows, permissions, and reporting needs.
• Identify manual workarounds, duplication, and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with external providers to understand capabilities, APIs, and data models.
• Translate findings into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support product discovery, platform evaluation, and pilot testing.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in technical business analysis or related roles.
• Ability to ask detailed questions and turn unclear needs into structured documentation.
• Comfortable discussing integrations, APIs, and data structures.

Location and Work Model

• Fully remote position, based in Europe.
• You will work closely with education staff, operational stakeholders, and technology teams.
