Technical Lead (M,W,D)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to support the deployment and implementation of advanced robotics and automation technologies within a large-scale operational environment.

In this role, you will lead onsite technical activities, coordinate engineering resources, and ensure the successful deployment, testing, and optimisation of complex automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onsite Field Engineers and technical resources
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical activities and escalations
• Manage hardware and firmware deployments, upgrades, and system changes
• Coordinate software image deployments and feature releases
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in live operational environments
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Product teams
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Produce regular testing, performance, and status reports
• Identify training requirements and documentation gaps to support operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a related discipline
• Experience in a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar leadership role
• Strong background in robotics, automation, industrial engineering, or mechatronic systems
• Experience managing hardware and firmware deployments
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and organisational skills
