About the role

You will guide medical practices and hospitals through the implementation of our digital health solutions. This role focuses on managing technical setups, including software integration, AI-driven phone assistants, and appointment management tools.

Engagement: Full-time, permanent

Hybrid: 2 days per week from home

What you'll do

• Migrate patient and appointment data from legacy systems to our platform to ensure a clean transition.
• Manage technical communication with clients via phone and email throughout the onboarding phase.
• Serve as the internal technical expert for Sales and Deployment teams regarding system configurations and API integrations.
• Connect our software with existing practice management systems.
• Contribute to process automation, training material development, and innovation projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of SQL or Regular Expressions.
• Fluent German and professional English communication skills.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including APIs, networks, and VPNs.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in digital health technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with EHR or patient management systems.
• Background in SaaS tools or integrating AI into workflows.
