Technical Project Manager, E‑Commerce

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for exciting client projects.
• Coordinate resources, schedules and budgets.
• Deliver software efficiently and with high quality.
• Support the development team in the conception, development and implementation of customer‑focused web applications based on Shopware.
• Analyze customer needs and define the project scope.
• Plan by creating roadmaps, allocating resources and defining milestones.
• Coordinate the entire development process — from requirements analysis, through design and implementation, to testing and deployment.
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in e‑commerce (shop platforms—Shopware preferred—or other content management systems).
• Fluent in German and English; ideally also familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or PHP.
• Strong communication skills — comfortable coordinating with relevant stakeholders and communicating clearly and confidently.
• Professional and ambitious — you enjoy juggling requirements and requests from multiple parties.
