Overview

In this role you build and sustain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Arrow partners to generate demand for components and solutions. You’ll identify technical needs of complex accounts and align Arrow offerings to their business goals, while driving new opportunities within Automotive & Transportation. You will visit customers regularly to understand requirements and translate them into business opportunities, using Arrow’s supply chain expertise. This role blends engineering insight with proactive sales to expand Arrow’s footprint in the market.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Arrow partners to create demand for components and solutions
Identify technical needs of complex or emerging accounts and map Arrow solutions to customer needs
Drive business development and continuously expand the Automotive & Transportation customer base using technical resources
Initiate regular customer visits to understand requirements and translate into Arrow opportunities
Execute solution selling leveraging Arrow’s supply chain solutions and design processes with emphasis on demand creation and engineering
Stay updated on product knowledge, attend supplier trainings, and maintain supplier databases and design registration information

Zentrale Anforderungen

Higher degree, ideally in Engineering
Around 5 years of experience in the electronics industry
Innovative and proactive approach with ability to justify changes and new solutions
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, diplomacy and influencing skills
Professional and proactive attitude; goal-oriented mindset
Business fluent German & English
