Technical Sales Engineer US/Canada (m/f/d)

As a Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for technical and sales-related acquisition and support of our customer base in the United States and Canada. In your day-to-day work, you will analyze customer-specific requirements, prepare technical proposals, and present suitable solutions. You will oversee the entire sales process—from the initial inquiry through project coordination to successful closure—while working closely with the development team. In addition, you will provide technical consulting and training and actively contribute to the further development of our product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Professional Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field or comparable technical training (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering) with several years of professional experience in a technical manufacturing environment (e.g., machining).
• Technical Sales: You have experience in technical sales and are able to sell complex products in a persuasive and solution-oriented manner.
• Communication & Collaboration: You possess strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and enjoy working in a team and interacting directly with customers.
• Additional Skills: Professional fluency (written and verbal) in English, a structured approach to work, a high degree of personal responsibility, willingness to travel, a self-assured demeanor and positive attitude, eloquence, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
