Technical Sales Manager (DACH) – Clean Technologies

As the German-speaking Area Sales Manager for DACH, you drive the commercial strategy with a consultative approach to air purification solutions. You work remotely from Germany with high autonomy, collaborating across engineering and marketing to solve environmental and industrial challenges. You will shape opportunities, forecast demand, and translate complex technical needs into business value. This role offers cross-border exposure within a fast-growing clean tech space aligned with Munters’ sustainability mission.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region
• Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with targets
• Translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions with engineering input
• Conduct customer visits and deliver structured visit reports
• Manage forecasting per customer and product to support production planning
• Monitor market trends and identify new clients and applications
• Collaborate with Engineering to refine technical proposals
• Support Marketing with insights and customer success stories

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales / sales engineering
• Strong background in VOC abatement, air pollution control, solvent recovery, or clean technologies
• Proven ability to manage complex technical sales cycles in industrial environments
• Excellent communication skills; translate technical complexity into business value
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
