Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Technical Sales Manager/Senior Specialist to expand our footprint in the rapidly growing AI Server market. In this role, you will be the key bridge between our cutting‑edge semiconductor solutions and major industry players.

You will focus on the Server Power Supply Unit (PSU) market, engaging deeply with both technical engineering teams to drive design‑ins and procurement departments to secure business growth. If you have a strong technical sales background and a passion for the AI infrastructure boom, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Promotion: Actively visit and engage with customer engineers to promote our semiconductor products, understand their technical requirements, and align our solutions with their AI server power architectures.
• Commercial Account Management: Visit purchasing and procurement teams to discuss requirements, negotiate commercial terms, manage forecasts, and secure design‑wins.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Marketing and Product teams to communicate market feedback, align on product promotion strategies, and execute go‑to‑market plans.
• Customer Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal technical support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
• Market Intelligence: Track and analyze industry trends within the AI server and server power supply ecosystem to identify new business opportunities in your region.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of sales or account management experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or hardware industry.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of and familiarity with the Server Power Supply (PSU) market and the AI Server ecosystem.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders—from highly technical hardware engineers to commercially driven procurement managers.
• Problem‑Solving Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and dedicated to resolving customer pain points efficiently.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English. For the Munich position, native or professional proficiency in German is highly preferred.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region for customer visits.
