Stellenbeschreibung:
In this role you will drive adoption of EXFO RFTM solutions in the DACH market by delivering deep technical validation, customer demos, and PoCs. You will configure and validate RFTM deployments in real customer environments, including OTDR-based fiber monitoring and system integrations. You’ll work with data centre operators and enterprise customers to position monitoring capabilities within DCI and hyperscale environments. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions that meet complex operational needs. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role with a clear focus on enabling successful customer outcomes and solution adoption.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Support Solution Sales with technical discovery, solution positioning, and workshops
- Engage with customers to understand network, monitoring needs, and data centre environments
- Present RFTM capabilities, architecture, workflows, and benefits
- Act as technical advisor during evaluations and adoption phases
- Prepare and deliver customer-specific demonstrations and plan/execute PoCs
- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and validate PoCs, documenting results
- Support OSS/BSS, NMS, and workflow integrations discussions
- Demonstrate API-based integrations and data exchange, collaborating on integration approaches
- Assist with technical documentation and RFP/RFI responses
- Strong background in telecommunications networks
- Experience with fiber networks, FTTx/GPON, OTDR and monitoring
- Knowledge of data centre architectures (colocation, enterprise, cloud, hyperscale)
- Familiarity with OSS/BSS and network management systems
- Knowledge of software platforms, APIs, REST, and system integration
- Troubleshooting complex technical environments
- OTDR, fibre characterization, and fibre optics test applications
- Experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience with telecom operators or network infrastructure customers preferred
- Fluent German; professional English for internal collaboration
- Based in Germany with travel willingness
