Are you a passionate customer service provider interested in a career in the insurance industry? Josslin Insurance is looking for an entry level Technical Service Representatives to join our personal lines insurance department based out of New Hamburg.You’ll play a key role in document processing to support our clients with their personal insurance needs. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to fill a current vacancy.

What You’ll Do

Process all new business, cancellations, endorsements, reinstatements and renewals
Update client information in broker management system
Provide support for account managers as required
Prepare client invoices and billing material
Provide support for reception as required

What You’ll Bring

Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
The following are considered an asset:
- Valid RIBO License
- Previous experience in a personal lines environment
- Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services
