Ailance is a modern compliance platform for businesses. We help our clients translate regulatory requirements into clear, scalable processes and digital solutions.
To expand our team, we are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant (m/f/d) who designs, configures, and successfully implements customer solutions on the Ailance platform.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will work closely with customers, lead workshops, structure requirements, and implement viable solutions on the platform.

• You analyze business requirements in customer workshops and translate them into actionable solution concepts on the Ailance platform
• You configure digital solutions, data structures, workflows, roles, permissions, and automations
• You support implementation projects from requirements gathering through design, configuration, and testing to go-live
• You support migrations from existing solutions or manual processes to the Ailance platform
• You create specifications, documentation, test concepts, and practical implementation guidelines
• You conduct training sessions for key users, business departments, and administrators
• You will work closely with Consulting, Product Management, and Software Development to translate recurring customer requirements into scalable product improvements
• You will support customers in establishing efficient and robust compliance processes with Ailance

• You have experience in the implementation, configuration, or further development of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, or platforms in customer projects
• Ideally, you come from a background in SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, GRC, BPM, ECM, IRM, or a comparable platform environment
• You can capture requirements in a structured manner, translate them into processes, and implement them cleanly in a software solution
• You understand how to bring together configuration, data logic, workflows, tests, and the user interface
• You present yourself confidently to customers and can explain complex issues in an understandable way
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You have very good German and good English skills

• Experience in the areas of compliance, data protection, information security, risk management, or AI governance
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• Experience in migration or transformation projects
• Understanding of regulatory business processes in larger organizations
