Join our Team within End User Computing and help shape the future of secure connectivity for employees worldwide. As a Technical Specialist Premium, you will play a key role in engineering and driving the development of our Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) infrastructure supporting corporate and BYOD devices across macOS, iOS, and Windows platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer, configure, build, and deploy Zero Trust Network Access solutions in an automated and scalable manner.
• Own the platform from an end-to-end engineering perspective, ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, Security, Compliance, and Data Protection teams.
• Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery within an Agile environment.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, engineering standards, and release management practices.
• Champion innovation, automation, and an exceptional end-user experience while maintaining the highest security standards.
• Support and optimize:
• Palo Alto Prisma Access Agent deployment
• Endpoint compliance and conditional access configurations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise
• Strong knowledge of macOS architecture and operating system components
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager):
• Compliance management
• Conditional Access
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD):
• Conditional Access
• Identity Protection
• MFA
• Intune and Microsoft 365 integration
• Scripting and automation expertise, preferably using PowerShell/Azure PowerShell
• Knowledge of Active Directory architecture and migration from GPO-based management to MDM
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira
• Understanding of the complete IT lifecycle from design and architecture to operations and support
