Technical Specialist Supervisor, Central Lab Services

Supervise day‑to‑day activities for assigned customer or functional team members.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project plans and service level commitments.
Balance workload within the team and support global resource planning.
Ensure seamless integration of team services and consistent use of SOPs.
Track progress against goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Maintain timely communication, adherence to procedures, and alignment with departmental strategy.
Build and develop a skilled workforce aligned with growth plans and budget.
Set clear performance objectives, provide coaching, and address performance gaps.
Deliver thorough, timely performance evaluations and interim reviews.
Oversee resolution of customer complaints, issues, and concerns in partnership with Project Management leadership.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5 or more years of professional experience in a scientific or laboratory environment
1 or more years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 or more years of experience working with and optimizing databases (preferred)
1 or more years of experience working in clinical research or drug development (preferred)
