Case Building Supervisor – Medical Disability Exam Services

• Support a team by providing coaching, performance tracking, answering questions, and monitoring workflow
• Perform supervisory responsibilities including identifying training needs and opportunities for development
• Review and approve employee time records and manage overtime utilization
• Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• 2 years previous MDES Case Building experience
