Technical Support Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Technical Support Coordinator to join our Food Colors Technical Service Team in Geesthacht Germany. By driving operational excellence behind the scenes, you will play a vital role in the success of the Technical Service Team and help create an exceptional customer experience through reliable, timely, and high-quality service.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Technical Service Team with daily operational, organizational and administrative tasks
• Assist in the preparation of customer visits, seminars or similar events with internal or external stakeholders
• Ensure efficient and structured laboratory operations including the coordination of lab devices and material management
• Actively contribute to the implementation and compliance of laboratory and work safety regulations, as well as the creation and update of corresponding documentation
• Identify and report any technical issues and escalated them as appropriate

What you’ll bring:

• Completed 3‑year apprenticeship in the food area, as a lab technician or comparable professional experience
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional proficiency in German is a distinct advantage
• A collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work collectively and also take responsibility for tasks through to completion
• Strong MS Office skills and previous experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is a plus
