Your Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive L2 Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to join our teamin Munich . In this role, you will handle complex technical issues that go beyond first-level support, work closely with our engineering team, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers by resolving incidents, troubleshooting systems, and improving internal support processes.

What you will do:

  • Handle and resolve escalated support tickets that cannot be solved by our Customer Success Team
  • Analyze technical problems in systems, networks, applications, and cloud environments
  • Use logs, monitoring tools, and debugging methods to identify root causes
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases
  • Configure client instances
  • Collaborate with our Engineering/Product team to report bugs or structural issues
  • Provide guidance and support to our Customer Success Team
  • Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recurring incidents

What you will need:

  • Strong technical background in operating systems
  • Good understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls, routing)
  • Experience with support/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) and monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana, Groundcover, Zabbix)
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL-Scripting or automation experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshootingskills
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and professionally team spirit, patience, and stress resilience
  • Fluency in German and English to confidently navigate an international business environment
