Job Requirements

1. Education: Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Intelligent Manufacturing, Robotics or related fields; PhD is highly preferred;
2. Work Experience: 10+ years of working experience in high-end equipment R&D, precision machinery processing or transmission system design; candidates with overseas advanced manufacturing and humanoid robot R&D experience are prioritized;
3. Professional Competencies: Proficient in machine tool structure design, mechatronic integration and precision shaft processing technology; familiar with the R&D and iteration of humanoid robot transmission components; capable of full-line solution design, high-end equipment optimization and core process innovation.
