Overview

In this role, you design and prepare systems for international multimedia events and support sales and project management. You serve as the primary product expert for RIEDEL CORE, collaborating with developers, architects, and product teams to gather field feedback. You help establish standards and solutions within the Experts Team and share knowledge through training and guidelines. You also coordinate on-site service, demos, and training, shaping how our managed technology supports high-profile events. This position offers hands-on impact in a global, hybrid environment with opportunities to influence product direction and customer success.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Design and prepare multimedia event systems for international clients
Support sales and project management staff
Be the main product contact for RIEDEL CORE questions
Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and product managers to provide feedback
Contribute to standards and solutions within the Experts Team
Provide training and guidelines using Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams
Coordinate and conduct on-site service, demos, and training

Zentrale Anforderungen

University technical degree in media, industrial engineering, or a blend of business and technology
At least 5 years of proven operational technical experience, ideally in outside broadcast
In-depth knowledge of Riedel hardware and software (Artist, Bolero, SmartPanel) and video distribution (MediorNet)
Experience presenting at B-Level and with self-management, negotiation, and problem-solving tools
Ability to manage direct customer relationships and partnerships with external partners
Extensive IT knowledge in network configurations and PTP
